What can I say I love coming here I get here at 10am and don't leave till closing all the staff are so helpful and friendly.. If you have never been you must 💯

Amanda in Novells was extremely helpful…
Amanda in Novells was extremely helpful and friendly. She seemed rushed off her feet but still managed to get the food to us quickly. Sadly the restaurant seemed unstaffed. Doesn't seem to have many staff on the floor clearing tables.

Regular visit to Polhill.
Always a pleasure as I can wander around and choose what is on my shopping list and do it in my own time.
There is a good variety of products available and a visit to the fruit and veg store is always a must, Having to follow a gluten free diet, I am always on the lookout for items to add to my usual list. Parking is easy and I always conclude my visit with a coffee at the small
cafe.If searching for a birthday or Christmas gifts, there is a huge choice for ideas.
Thank you for the free bird food and opportunity of a free coffee once a month.Polhill deserves its good reputation.

Great place to shop
Great selection of plants as well as Christmas decorations, homewares, clothes, shoes, toys, books and all manner of gardening essentials, food and more. A great place to visit and eat with the spacious and well run Novell's Restaurant.

Whenever we visit Pollhill you're always made to feel welcome, it's such a lovely place walk around and after, just go and sit in the restaurant and enjoy a nice lunch.

Always enjoy our visit
Always enjoy our visit, the cafe is so nice and we really enjoy our free coffee and nearly always add an extra. Then a wander round with our baby granddaughter enjoying all the Christmas lights.

Fantastic Santa's Grotto!
We absolutely love coming to Polhill for Santa's grotto. It is always so magical and Santa is so brilliant. We will be back again next year - it will be our 7th Santa visit here!

I have always found the staff helpful
I have always found the staff helpful. They sell so much merchandise, it is almost like walking into a department store. Their plants are excellent, and again the staff are knowledgeable. The butchery department sells really good quality meat, and the fresh produce shop although expensive often sells things that can’t be bought elsewhere.

A destination in itself!
Always lovely visiting Polhill. Beautiful farm-fresh foods, great cafe, beautiful clothes stores...a stunning Christmas display, as always, and (quite obviously, now we've met him...) the REAL Father Christmas is resident in the Grotto!

There is always so much to see at…
There is always so much to see at Polhill and lovely gift ideas. The Christmas section is lovely.
The Christmas market was a bit of a disappointment. It would be better with more stalls.
My friend and I had an egg and cress sandwich for lunch which was a bit bland. Maybe a bit more mayonnaise and seasoning was required.

Enjoyable visit to Father Christmas in his grotto
We visited Father Christmas last Wednesday. Really nice experience for my just 1year old grand daughter and for my daughter and myself. Very relaxed - Father Christmas went out of his way to greet all the children and we enjoyed singing Christmas songs and nobody cried when it was their turn to sit with FC for photos in his very nicely decorated grotto
