Excellent from start to finish. Superb products and well packed too. We love the lamps and shades

I just love Pooky and their rechargeable lamps are brilliant. We wanted to bring a little bit of extra light to the dining table, without turning the overhead lights on, and the jewel-like, garnet-coloured glass Jodie lamp is superb. The light quality is great and it looks stunning!

I love the design of Pooky - everything was also delivered quickly.

The price, the quality, the style, the colour, the speedy delivery and the inspiration. What more can I say? The Stucco rechargeable table lamp base from Pooky is fantastic. I wasn't sure that USB charging would work for me but after the initial 12 hour charge the lamp works perfectly. And it's dimmable, so I have 3 levels of light to choose from.
I feel so lucky to have saved 70% off the price in the sale!!
Pooky, how do you do it?

Unfortunately the rechargeable lamp we bought a couple of years ago has stopped working which considering the price paid (circa £150) is extremely disappointing. I have tried a replacement Pooky bulb but that did not solve the issue. Any help would be appreciated as I love the lamp but it’s failure after such a relatively short period of time is not good.

I purchased 2 Stucco lamps for a bedroom. They are so lovely that I wanted to purchase more for other bedrooms. Whilst I got mine in the sale at a really good price I noticed the price had gone back uo to the original price so sadly I won’t be purchasing more until the next sale, but the lamps are lovely and even came with light bulbs and so easy to set up. Meant to say they are rechargeable. Perfect in my bedroom

We recently bought a rechargeable lamp base. It works very well and looks good, although it's a shame that the rechargeable parts are plastic.

I bought 2 lamp bases and shades. They are lovely. The housing for the remote is a classic touch. Delivery was quick and products well packed.

Lovely light, extremely fast shipping.

A very prompt delivery of a lovely pendant light fitting. Although the olive green cord is quite a darker shade than it appears online. Still a nice piece.

We broke a blown glass shade right before Xmas. Ordered a replacement, expecting only for delivery after Xmas and it has already arrived (Xmas Eve). It looks fab and we cannot thank Pooky enough for such simple, smooth ordering, delivery and a fab product.

Bought this light about 3 or 4 weeks ago waiting for a bedroom to be decorated. It’s a nice quality light but not fit for purpose. The picture light is a lovely size but too big and heavy for the magnet. The bracket / arm which holds it drops down over the picture as it can’t hold the weight so the light falls mostly on the wall above it. I contacted customer services asking if there’s a way of tightening the hinge screw so it doesn’t drop but they require pictures/vidro which is Fair enough - but it doesn’t work and isn’t fit for purpose and there was no advice on offer.

The company is incredible! The lamps, a dream. And the quality, great.

The delivery was sooo quick! The packaging was very good and all cardboard; which I love (no plastic!!!).
The lights look amazing and easy to install.

Elbow wall lights are beautiful. But they do need channelling into the wall or adapting by the electrician to change the connector as it is large and does not fit behind the fitting. Probably on the tech spec (though I have not checked) but I was not expecting it! It is for this reason that 4 stars awarded.

Disappointed with Pooky Lighting’s service. I ordered a chandelier and only noticed part of the chain was rusted once it was out of the packaging and ready to be hung. When I contacted them, the only solution offered was a full return — they wouldn’t just replace the faulty chain. The packaging was already damaged and sending everything back, waiting for a replacement, and redoing the process was a lot of hassle, especially since I needed the light installed ASAP. This isn’t a shirt you can easily return; it should’ve been checked before dispatch, and a more practical solution should’ve been offered.
