All good except for diving board base. Has been delayed 4 times so far. Pool warehouse just send a copy and paste response with a new ship date days after it doesn’t ship

I have gone on there website and is virtually impossible to contact them even if you click on the contact link and there’s nothing to contact them so really bad after customer service and if they don’t reply i will make it my mission every day to leave a review until they respond

Recently purchased an in ground pool cover from Pool Warehouse. After installation noticed several flaws in the cover. After emailing photos back to Pool Warehouse, Renee B. Quickly contacted the manufacturer, filed a claim and had a replacement cover delivered to my house in a matter of days. Great customer service and support!

They had everything i needed and when i reached out with questions, they got right back to me with answers. Wonderful experience.

Came fast but expensive for plastic

Chelsey is the best! This was the 2nd time I had to call and luckily enough I got her both times!! FRIENDLY knowledgeable The first time she went ABOVE and beyond with follow up emails keeping me informed on a possible slide return.She contacted the vendor and answered all my questions The 2nd time she answered my question and put me at ease right away I LOVE her.She IS Pool Warehouse and they are LUCKY to have her!!

I needed a replacement piece for a foosball table I ordered before it could be fully assembled and Jacinia was so helpful in making sure the request and replacement were processed and sent quickly. Great service. Highly recommend!

Katelyn did a great job of resolving my issue with a part that didn’t quite fit. I’d use pool warehouse again because of her customer service.

Jacinia C. was the customer service representative that assisted me and provided great service. My only complaint was the manufacturer was slower than I wished getting the new part out.

Jacinia handled my claim & was very efficient. She was able to handle my issue as well as walk me through ordering the correct product. Very much appreciated! Will definitely buy from PW in the future!

Pool table came damaged and the customer service was not helpful. Jacinia, who claims to be the manager was not helpful with the damage remediation. This is our first time purchasing a pool table and she was very disappointing to talk to with no help on addressing the damages it came with. I would not recommend purchasing with them. Jacinia was the most disappointing to talk to with absolutely no respect for the customer or understanding of customer service. She reflected terribly on behalf of the business and did not help with remediating damages caused by them.
