We ordered a new cover back in March. When we opened it in October, it was the wrong cover. My first thought was, "Great, now I have to call customer service and i'm never going to get my pool closed." I contacted Renee and it was the exact opposite! She contacted the manufacturer and constantly updated me on the progress of the resolution. I don't think i've ever worked with a better customer service representative. She took the stress off of me and made it easy!

Giving a 5 star is easy when there are no bumps in the road. My order was delayed due to parts shortage at the manufacturer. I was assigned a single point
personal contact from Pool Warehouse (Renee B.) with her email address and contact info. She remained in constant contact updating me on status and shipping info. Many thanks to Pool Warehouse and Renee for excellent customer service. 5 stars.

I have had many issues along the way. We all know these things happen. The difference was every customer Service representative I have dealt with, has resolved each situation in a timely manner. I would recommend poolwarehouse to anybody

The customer service was great! Pool warehouse itself, I wish that I had read the return policy beforehand & saved myself $100. Very disappointing to have to pay to ship it back and then a restock fee.

When I had a concern about some possible shipping damage, Renee called me within 30 minutes and resolved my concern. Though our interaction was brief, she was knowledgeble and friendly. She also invited me to call her back if needed. I taught a Stanford class on Customer relationships for 15 years so I know when it's done right. Thanks Renee!

Bailey has been there all the way I think I've done seven liners through you guys this pool season and every one of them was a perfect fit and he issues he jumped on it right away Great customer service yes please.. again I've done at least eight pool liners this year with you guys through Bailey

Katelyn was very knowledgeable and courteous. When you guys didn’t carry the product I needed, she emailed me contact information of someone who does. That was fantastic and it saved me from returning my order with you guys because I can’t use it if I can’t tell what the buttons are for. It was a control panel for a hot tub and it doesn’t come with the decal? If that’s what you call it I don’t know what button is for what. You guys really need to start carrying that face plate so people can buy the whole assembly from you.

Customer service was great in resolving the problem however the first order was a complete failure. All said product was finally received after I closed my pool. Maybe useful next year

Ordering from Pool Warehouse was very easy and the sales rep Dustin H was very helpful. My Aspen Nights Pool Table and accessories I ordered was delivered expeditiously and was of high quality.

Dustin was incredibly helpful solving a difficult problem. The company has great prices matched with fantastic customer service. I highly recommend these people!

Shipping notifications were completely off. It was in awaiting shipment the entire time. If it wasn't a part I had to have to run my pool, I wouldn't of had to be so nervous or had a sense of urgency.
