I was confused by the size and had to order a larger size because it was more than one subject. I expected the portrait to be smaller so that it would fit into the frame but the portrait is the size of the frame so now I need to get a larger frame. I will not do that so it will remain rolled up and stashed away. I regret this purchase.

It was easy to download the photo and request initial changes and after the first proof was ready they were attentive to our design changes. We love the final product. We requested an expedited turnaround and the final framed painting made it to us ahead of schedule.

I should have stuck with my originalâŠ
I should have stuck with my original choice of just a sketch, but the artist and my contact suggested it would look better in oil. They were wrong. I will say they tried their best; however, the artist did not have the expertise needed to make the one-year-old look like a real person and not a doll. The grandfather turned out great and if you want a portrait of an older person, they do wonderful work. A friend of mine, who is an artist refused to attempt the painting because she said that little ones are the hardest to capture in paint. Just a word to the wise.

Incredible pet portraits
I have used portrait flip twice, once after the passing of our cat and again for our dog. The portraits of them turned out beautifully, looked just like them! First, my order was delayed. I confirmed the image but I was pressed to spend MORE money. After that the first work completed was not well done. Then it was past my deadline. I tried to cancel my order but that didnât work. They sent a redone piece. But that was also not satisfactory. I asked multiple times to cancel and refund. I am continually asked to pay when I have made it very clear I am no longer interested in your services. I would never in a million years recommend this company.
