Good Painting/Wrong Frame
The oil painting was good. Support replies came 12 to 24 hours after I sent a question due to time zone differences. That was frustrating. My biggest complaint is that the frame I received looked nothing like the frame I purchased from their site. Don't buy their frames. You won't know what you'll get until you get it. They won't replace the frame with the one I purchased.

Hello Janet,
I apologize for the whole ordeal.
Our support managers are spread around the world, and it seems like the one assigned to you was in a different time zone.
We humbly apologize for the confusion in regard to the framing.
The mockup of the frame can't really capture the rich details of the material.
Although I am positive that the actual quality of the frame received was much better and richer than the mockup.

Hello Jacob,
I humbly apologize that the paintings could reach you by Christmas. We understand how important the holiday presents are and are filled with Regret
That time of the year is incredibly busy for us, the artists and especially the shipping companies which are under a lot of stress and shortages.
We tried our best to complete the paintings and get them shipped; however, as the weekend and Christmas came together, The shipping companies halted their operations a few days earlier than expected thus the delay in shipping.
We hope that you have loved the portrait which you received.

Great artwork
I was very happy with the level of artistry and support. However, the project arrived after the deadline, which was disappointing, because only then did I realize the artwork was shipping from China. I don't blame the artists for that. They did a good job.
