They did an amazing job of bringing a picture of my old dog to life for my mom's Christmas gift! And they were great at communicating every step of the way to let me know what was going on and make sure everything was as expected. Highly recommended!

This is our third order from this company. Every single time we order from them, they are amazing. You have unlimited emails back-and-forth if there are changes you want to make with the photo. And each time they listen to everything you say. I am very grateful for this company as they have brought so much joy to our family each Christmas when they open their gift. We will always continue to use this company. You will not be disappointed.

Poor website interaction
The process for adding a frame to the order needs some work, along with the instructions for doing so, which are completely erroneous. The website is anything but intuitive during the ordering process. The IT personnel need to be retrained or fired.
