Bei PortugueseWinesShop habe ich vor einiger Zeit diverse Flaschen bestellt. Es erfolgte keine Lieferung mit dem Hinweis, dass ein Produkt erst nach bestellt werden müsste.
Die 6 Flaschen Aguardente wurden dann nach 2 Monaten zugestellt. Auf Nachfrage, wann die restlichen Flaschen geliefert werden, erhielt ich mehrfach die Aussage, dass die Flaschen versandt wurden.
Nach langem Warten bat ich um eine Angabe, über den Versand, Paketdienst, Paketnummer etc. um hier nachforschen zu können. Erst als ich diese Anfrage ins Portugiesische übersetzen ließ, erhielt ich als Reaktion die Info, „man wolle den Vorgang prüfen“. Wieder das große Schweigen. Dieses ganze Prozedere hat sich mehr als 3 Monate hingezogen.
Man darf wohl unterstellen, dass es diese Lieferung nie gab.

Keine Ware, Geld weg. Möge sich jeder überlegen, ob er da bestellt.

Great wines, good price, and resealable delivery time.

Received only part of my order. What I received was decent quality but have been scammed out of the balance. Real shame.

The range of wines is quite impressive, the packaging very professional. My order took a little to arrive but I could manage to wait as there were some bottles I was really looking forward to. My disappointment was when instead of 6 bottles of a particular red I am very fond of I received 6 bottles of a wine I hadn´t ordered of exactly the same price. I assumed this to be a mistake and I didn't expect to get a refund, but I let the company know via their website. I expected them at least to acknowledge their mistake and apologise. This was 10 days ago today. I wrote an email a week after that. I still haven't heard from them.

I ordered 24 bottles (3x8 varieties)
Delivery was late by about 5 working days
and then only after I chased them up
Initially 1 of the bottles was undrinkable and tasted like vinegar
I asked for a refund but the reply was 2 free bottles with next order
(reply was next day so very quick)
But I declined and asked for refund of bottle
since I would need to buy 16 bottles again for free delivery
or or pay 18pounds for delivery (if less than 16 bottles)
which I am not prepared to do
Then I opened 2 other bottles which were also undrinkable (musty smell)
3 of the 24 bottles were undrinkable; tasted like vinegar
-all were the Adega de Moncao; bad batch
16 other types of bottles were fine, yet to open the other 5
So I asked refund for 3 bottles -its been 3 weeks and 3 emails and No Reply
So I will now chase them for a refund through my bank which will be a hassle
-pity I have to give them 1 star to write a review

Absolute scam, do not fall for what looks like a genuine business.

I make an order for 8 bottles i received only 6 and nobody answer me after 20 days ..i paid 20€ more to have 8 bottles

Great way to try different wines and find your favourites.

We have had several orders now and have always found them helpful and the service great. So overall happy to give 5 stars as our experience of the quality of wines, packaging and service has been excellent.

Paid for my order a week ago, when will I receive it? No information about when or if wine will ever be dispatched and they don't reply to enquiries

Bestellvorgang ist unkompliziert.Der Wein kommt sicher im Paket verpackt relativ schnell aus Portugal in die ostdeutsche Provinz.Nicht zuletzt sind natürlich auch die Weine Spitze!Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch!
