Great products, great support and customer service

easy to use and set up, pretty decent quality, my only suggestion would be make the mounting screw hole platforms a little wider to let the hole be more offset from the main body. well built for sure.

When I ordered the POS I assumed that it would be wireless . POS solution was to use a dongle. With our situation that would have made service unstable. In the end we decided to not use the POS.

The experience was very positive. The sales team did everything they could to make sure I got what I needed, when I needed it, and at a price I needed.

We were in desperate need of a new receipt printer to accommodate a new POS system. POSGuys immediately contacted us about a shipping issue and resolved it quickly, and despite not getting expedited shipping, the printer arrived well-packaged and much sooner than expected. It helped streamline our POS installation and upgrade of our system.

Story Time! Our dealership just switched over its major software and because our previous system was so old we had to buy a networkable Receipt printer. I found one and ordered it! Quick and easy purchase. I unfortunately had to order a different printer for compatibility reasons and I got onto their live chat with Kaitlyn and she got me setup with the new printer to ship the same day I made the mistake. I got the printer within 4 days! Very quick and very pleased! Thank you!
