Outstanding Support and Sales Experience
Had an issue right out of the gate with the Zebra printer. I called support and spoke with a technician who spent about an hour helping me get everything sorted out—and taught me a few things along the way. It’s worth working with a company that not only sells a product but also truly understands it and stands behind its customers with solid support.

Lacking Good Customer Service
We experienced inconsistent communication throughout our interaction, and unfortunately, the product did not meet our needs. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to other schools, nor do I plan to place future orders.
When items didn’t work out, we were required to pay both a restocking fee and return shipping, which added to the frustration. In trying to resolve an issue with the cash drawers, I felt that the representatives questioned my honesty regarding the fit of the money in the till—an uncomfortable and disappointing exchange.
Overall, the customer service fell short of expectations, and for us, that’s the most important factor in choosing a vendor.

We are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. We sold you a standard product that works for most of the cases and it took us a while to understand what you were asking and to match those requirements. While we have a lot of resources available, sometimes we have to wait for the manufacturer to respond with confirmation of product specifications.

The gentleman who I spoke with was very kind and knowledgeable about my product and he got it shipped quickly, which was a huge relief for us here as trying to make price takes for cannabis is not easy without electronics

I called and purchased a new label printer. The person was difficult to understand and the wrong printer was sent. I called back for return instructions and was told I would receive an email. NOTHING IS HAPPENING!

Your return request has already been submitted to the manufacturer and we're awaiting their response. We've requested the case be expedited, but it can take up to a business week for the manufacturer to process the request. Once its processed, you'll receive the return and shipping instructions to your email.
In regards to getting you the needed product, there are options available in advance and a representative will be reaching out to you to review those options.

Like most online businesses, we have a return window so we can properly manage exchanges and returns. If some time passes before we hear back, we don’t always know a return is needed, but exceptions can still be made. In your case we were able to secure special approval to process the return even though it was past the standard timeframe.
