Quick delivery! Good product!

The website is very detailed. Orders are delivered in great shape and in a timely manner. I do not know why you would shop anywhere else. I have been doing business with this outfit for 3 years and never been disappointed.

POSGuys were one of the few companies that had the receipt printer I was looking for. When I purchased it, a tech person emailed to ask further questions about the application I would be using it for to ensure it was the correct one. Shipping was fast and communication was good.

Im a new customer ordered had help ordering a complete set with Arden, who was super helpful. Not knowing I had options for size of cash register, I allowed Arden to select things for me, based on my needs. When the register came it was huge, wouldn't even fit on a standard size counter, when I tried to exchange for smaller one cost to ship was almost same amount as cash box. I called shipping manager and was told I would have to pay that because they don't offer free exchanges and I didn't request shipping label. I asked if I could get a label which I had to pay POS Guys price which was deducted from credit amount. Not great customer service.
