Make sure printer is compatible printer with POS
These guys are helpful. Only thing is there is a small restocking fee which is disclosed but charged by their vendor so you have to pay if you return something. I had to return a printer that was not compatible with my pos system. I had a conversation prior to purchasing so I wish I was guided to the correct one in the beginning but that is my fault for not being more thorough.

These guys stand behind their product
These guys stand behind their product, no joke. I had 8 weeks worth of issues with Zebra warranty people. POS guys had a solution within 45 minutes and helped me out more in that time frame than 8 weeks worth of the warranty repair folks at Zebra. I received constant communications and updates.

Outstanding Service
Chad was incredibly patient, understanding and didn't stop until all my questions were answered. He made sure we went through several printing and label options to make sure the results were what was needed. Chad made a stressful situation for me go away!
