My POSH Experience. If you are needing a reception team for your business then please give POSH a call. They literally stand head and shoulders above their competitors. They get to know your business expectations and learn your booking system perfectly before going live. They communicate with you through every step and you get to know all the transactions that have taken place by access to the app. There is no tie in with a contract and they will even look after your bookings while you are on holiday. I contacted a large amount of virtual reception companies and POSH was the one that stood out. Pricing for the service was not ridiculous either which was a relief being a sole trader. They also offer a free trial period so you can find out how compatible you are with them. POSH... do not stop or change what you are doing because your service works perfectly and you knock the socks of all other virtual reception companies. My booking system is Goldie Appointfix and POSH navigated their way around it with complete ease. So if you are looking to ease your workload with a reception team just give POSH a call and speak to the team - you will not regret it.

Not used this company or never will use them. This is another company who scrolls through certain websites or purchase email addresses from dodgy companies then spam us with their company info. I will be going back to the website that i believe they obtained my personal details from as i have received many more spam emails from other companies targeting the business i am in. getting ten similar emails everyday is frankly a pain in the a###.
I would also mention that spam marketing without my permission is illegal where posh.com will be added to the list of breaching GDPR regs.
