Endless Spammers.

I get emails from them bi-weekly, and every single time, it's a variant on a domain name.

Every week, a new domain. We keep blocking them, but as they keep changing, it's like playing whack-a-mole.

I never signed up for this.

1st class service with a brilliant and friendly team

Being working with these guys for a few years now they have absolutely nailed it stopped those nuisance calls, deal with prospective clients giving us a great proffesional image and whats really exciting is that they have grown and understand our business model, giving further reauurances to our clients when asking questions they dealing with a credible company

We have found using pocket receptionist for the last few years essential for our business to be able to continue to grow. We are able to focus on other areas within our business and get back to customers later in the day.

Spammers.

Keep changing their email address to get round being blocked.

I've been emailed by addresses with the following suffixes: pocketreceptionist-mail, pocketreceptionist-email, pocketreceptionist-news & pocketreceptionist-updates. So despite unsubscribing and blocking, I keep getting spammed by them.

The only reason you would keep creating new email suffixes is the get around blocking so you can continue spamming. Would hope that this kind of behaviour is outlawed under GDPR regulations

I have used these guys to help out with answering calls when i can't so I don't miss anything important

Amazing personalised service to meet the local business needs

My business partner and I have been using pocket receptionist for a few months now , since switching from Moneypenny.

Our only regret is not doing this sooner as they're hundreds cheaper per month for the package we're on. I have to upgrade a couple of times but that's only because I trust them enough to handled all of the calls rather than just missed.

We used pocket receptionist to answer phones about term while we found a new receptionist, all was ok service and was as advertised unfortunately when you want to cancel your contract they make you stay till the next billing cycle and then charge you another month for a service you clearly are no longer going to use. Always check the small print is what I've learned And believe that you can cancel anytime as long as you pay an additional month!

Running a business on your own from home is tough, but having Pocket Receptionist take care of my incoming calls has enabled me to free up time and not worry about being disturbed. It allows me to go to trade shows and meet suppliers without the fear of missing potential customers - and the support I have received when I need anything has been second to none. They also allowed me to increase my opening hours from a customer point of view, which has increased revenue. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
