Matt Vincent at Positive Lending has been outstanding throughout what turned out to be a very complex commercial mortgage process. From the very beginning he was incredibly supportive, responsive and professional, and he stayed fully engaged all the way through to completion.

This was not a straightforward deal and there were several tricky elements along the way that I didn’t fully understand. Matt took the time to clearly explain each stage, guide me through the challenges, and make sure everything kept moving forward. His knowledge, patience and persistence made a huge difference.
What really stood out was how responsive and committed he was throughout the entire process. Even when things became complicated or took longer than expected, Matt remained proactive and reassuring, always making sure I understood what was happening and what the next steps were.

I have recently had to arrange interim funding for a very important large payment I had to make quickly. Positive Lending have been wonderful towards this and I can say now that I can make it now. Not only were they very understanding and accommodated my needs perfectly but ,not so normal for financiers, they also “had my back”, ie they put things in place that I didn’t realise I even needed but they are very important indeed. Edward Barnes was excellent with a case I passed to Positive lending. He was able to locate a lender for my clients and assist with a purchase which I would have otherwise not been able to assist with.

I do tend to find Positive Lending is the go- to specialist packager for assisting with cases main stream lenders will decline and means I can help clients who I would normally turn away.

Positive Lending was readily accessible and responsive in a timely way. The process was well explained and documented.
Communication between the Lender and Positive Lending was not always up to date but I think this may have been from the Lender's side.

Positive Lending have been absolutely fantastic at helping us secure our mortgage. Ours wasn’t the easiest case – the property is non-standard construction and there were delays getting the right certificate from the seller – so the process took a bit longer than usual.

I passed a client to Brad to deal with a second charge. This particular client was keen to sort this out as quickly as possible and had already spoken to some other providers who were quite pushy in terms of their approach.
