I cannot recommend Positive Lending enough. We were struggling to remortgage (read panicking), and I happened to get a recommendation from a friend for Positive Lending.

We've just remortgaged a second time through them and Ed, our broker, was fantastic. Excellent communications and the process was easy and painless.

I love the fact that you deal with the same person throughout the entire process and our “person” Gillian was awesome, nothing was too much trouble and our calls and emails were dealt with promptly. Positive Lending were extremely helpful and efficient in assisting us with a remortgage application. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and professional, but we must particularly thank Gillian for really going the extra mile. We were very impressed with the depth of knowledge Jake had on the various finance options available to us, for our unusual purchase. This was backed up with a very efficient service for financing options and amendments to suit our requirements. The process was enhanced by having Marie efficiently administering matters when the Solicitors started to slow .

We have been dealing with George Downton and from start to finish he has been brilliant. Communication is 10/10 with always responding quickly to emails or calls. Would highly recommend.
