Very unhappy. After speaking woth brokers and lenders it seems I was sold a very high bridging loan with higher commissions. My rate for the bridge os 1.1% a month. 75% LTV. There is much lower rates available. Nearly half. My fault for being naive but I trusted the experts and learned my lesson. Stay away or do research.

We were recently helped by Positive Lending, with a complicated second charge mortgage application. They we excellent throughout, making the entire process clear and transparent, and displayed the upmost patience with our constant questions.
