Amazing service, professional helpful efficient competitive charges. I was new to bridging loads with a very tight deadline, David was fantastic from explaining the process to the application to following through to completion, unlike other brokers the various options were set out with lots of information to make a clear and informed decision no pressure selling or panic. I know my completion deadline would not if been met without the help of positive Lending and David and I know after looking at different company's prior to positive Lending I got the bridging loan that is right fur my situation. Can't recommend highly enough.

As a mortgage broker we use Positive Lending for wider access to Second Charge mortgage borrowing, Bridging and in certain scenarios for adverse credit lending.

I've recently worked with Brigita for an Adverse Credit Residential and Buy to Let remortgage. Positive Lending had access to unique adverse lending criteria which my client could not benefit from if I'd submitted the application myself.

Brigita was very efficient, right from the initial enquiry and through to obtaining the offer. Always answering phone calls and responding to emails. We managed to secure mortgage offers with both lenders, first time of asking and with minimal back and forward questions from the lender.

Incredible result for the client and the situation they were in.

Massive thank you for David Hounsell for all his help with a recent bridging loan. The loan was agreed in a timely manner, and then David went over and above to chase solicitors and get the transaction to completion, without his chasing we believe the purchase may never have happened. This company wanted £905 up front then couldn't arrange a loan although another company did. the refunded the survey fee of £495 but would not return the admin fee, I did complain but they would only refund an extra £100, they did very little so I would not recommend them, a decent company wouldn't ask for money up front.
You have now replied and you say a survey was carried out, it was not or I was never informed of one being done as no contact to me was made about access to the property, my broker thinks that more should have been refunded so I will take my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman as I am far from happy with your company that want to charge me for not being able to do the job

Helping me resolve issues on cases, replying very quickly when questioned on outstanding queries. Really impressed and hope she continues to look after our applications.

Suzanne and Declan were efficient and helpful throughout. They sent and processed the paperwork quickly. If we had any queries we never had to wait long for a reply. It was a very smooth process and took less than 2 weeks for everything to be sorted. Thank you both very much for all the help!
