As someone who has over 25 years of coaching, teaching, and working with people to help them improve their lives, I am grateful for the work, resources, and courses offered by positivepsychology.com. The material, support, organization, and navigation of the resources are excellent. In addition, I have found their customer service, support, and responsiveness to be above the normal with small companies and even better than many software companies!

I’m in my 5th year of membership and can’t be happier about the availability of quality resources to help those with whom I work. What’s been most impressive is the amount of work that’s evident through the ongoing availability of new tools and the video overviews that identify ways to utilize them. I have made numerous attempts to connect with the organization regarding a purchase I made that I was never given access to. It is disheartening to know that you are scamming folks that are only trying to help people in need. Give me my money back!

ADDENDUM: Upon creating this review, I was contacted by the organization regarding my purchase. The link was never "immediately" sent to the email listed as indicated in this response. It was, however, finally sent to the work email that I opted to send a third (and final) email from. While I am pleased with the resource, I would not recommend nor continue to utilize this organization based on my first experience. I am not wealthy by any means; thus, receiving an immediate response to a concern regarding a purchase is very important to me.

I would give Positive Psychology 0 stars if I could. This company will not respond to the multitude of emails that we have sent to them. They automatically charged our card for a second year subscription, and didn't give us any sort of heads up that they were doing this. We have tried reaching out to them to cancel our subscription, but they just don't respond. Kind of a nasty way to run your business-to scam people into subscriptions. Other companies that I have dealt with are always good about crediting your account if you cancel your subscription right after they charge your card. NOT THIS COMPANY. Beware! We have to cancel our credit card to make sure they don't try and charge us again next year!

Very thorough and the trainer was clear, articulate and very knowledgeable. Huge number of support materials provided with the course.

I was automatically billed for renewal and I did not request it. I was billed for $360.00. I am seeking a reversal on the charge. It would be helpful in the future to let customers know of an impending charge. I have had a hard time contacting anyone from the organization to help me resolve this issue.

I have taken many of the Master Classes over the last 2 years and I love the materials so much ! The generosity and the instant response this team has to any and all concerns is amazing! The Positive Psychology is a source of excellent materials to enhance your coaching practice and help yourself or other people develop self confidence and resilience. I have purchased most of their programs, improved my coping skills, and helped hundreds of other women though my coaching practice.

I ordered the EI Masterclass and have not been able to log in to download the materials. I have contacted them via email for the last 10 days with no response. They have not responded and have not refunded my money. I do not recommend purchasing materials from them.

I have found tremendous value in all products I have purchased from positivepsychology.com! I use materials from the Positive Psychology Toolkit EVERY DAY with my clients! I am using Mindfulness X, and the Strengths & Goals Masterclass Bundle! These products have increased my knowledge base and are so helpful to my clients during and between sessions!
