Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order.

We’d just like to clarify that the Pearl Jam poster you ordered was in A4 format, which measures 21 x 29.7 cm (approximately 8.3" x 11.7").
This format was clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

We’re sorry to read about your disappointment, and we sincerely regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify a few points:
- Our promotions and countdowns are updated regularly, and prices may remain discounted depending on stock and ongoing offers. The countdown timer reflects promotional campaigns but does not guarantee that a price will increase immediately after expiry.
- At the time of your order, our website clearly stated that customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU, including the UK. We're transparent about this in both our shipping policy and checkout process, and we have since further improved clarity on this point.
- Your parcel was returned to us because customs duties were not paid by the recipient, which unfortunately is beyond our control. Since the parcel was not collected and returned automatically, the refund policy you accepted at checkout does not apply, as the product was prepared and shipped as expected.

That said, we understand your frustration, especially when it involves a gift. We truly appreciate your feedback and are constantly working to make our process smoother and more transparent.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about your experience.
We’d like to clarify that customs charges for UK orders are clearly mentioned in our Terms & Conditions and also in our Shipping Policy on the website. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it can be to face unexpected fees during a busy time like Christmas.
Since then, we've improved our shipping options and now offer GLS Express Delivery, which allows customers in the UK to avoid paying customs duties, as all fees are included at checkout.
