Ordered flowers for Feb 14, paid ฿7500 on 14/02 3:55 PM. Delivery did not happen. Company ignored emails/calls/LINE. No refund or update provided.

Terrible terrible experience! They took orders more than they can deliver and NO DELIVERY!
Not easy reaching out for them and customer service is simply useless because they can’t even give info on where is the order and when will get it.
Defiantly not recommended and what a scam

Edit: We’ve been trying to reach out for the company but no luck so far! So we didn’t receive product or anytime from them or information! It is officially a big scam

I saw this store a while ago and decided to order my girl a gift for Valentine's day. I got an email that it got handed to a motorbike rider at 7AM, by 6PM (11 hours later!!!) the order still wasn't there. All of the phone numbers listed are out of use, the chat bot is broken, their social media pages no longer offer support, the tracking link does not work, the driver has not contacted me at all and ignored my texts, and my emails have gone unanswered.
When the order finally got marked as delivered, after the delivery window had already passed, I thought that it was finally over. I told my girlfriend there was a gift waiting for her at the reception of her condo, but when she got down there was nothing to be found.
I am appalled.

The customer support chat finally worked and was able to resolve the communication issue. I still think communication with drivers should be improved to prevent further incidents like this. The delivery was also still late, despite departing an hour before the 10 hour window

The app and ordering process are user-friendly. I also appreciate the occasional promotions and complimentary items. Deliveries are consistently punctual. I will definitely be placing additional orders with Potico.

Great service nice & simple

Superb of product quality, delivery and a lot of promotion.

Very fast and prompt reply with accurate delivery schedule. Price wise is also very reasonable and affordable.

The process from ordering to payment was easy as I am not in Thailand but the flowers were for someone in Thailand. Delivery was very precise and flowers were very fresh as my partner loved them.

There was a problem with with the delivery, because the place to go in Pattaya was temporarily closed and the telephone number of the recipient was not running. I contacted the service by Line and they helped me in any way..

We are on vacation in Bangkok and was my partners birthday. I came across this company at 7:30AM and by 5:00 PM they had delivered red roses, balloons and chocolate to our hotel to compliment the birthday surprise. Definitely use again

Really no words can describe how much i was pleased by purchasing that flower bouquet, everything were amazing the packaging, the communication on WhatsApp, the support.

Ordered a large fruit basket, everything arrived exactly as in the picture and fresh. Unfortunately, initially I thought the delivery completely fell through as nothing seemed to have been delivered, but it turned out it was the building management's fault--they didn't notify the recipient that the delivery had been left at the post office. My only complaint with Potico is that they did not respond to my emails when I contacted them about the issue, but otherwise the mixup was not their fault and it's all been sorted.

The gift box arrived in perfect condition and looked stunning. The heart-shaped design was elegant, the roses were fresh, and the chocolates were neatly arranged with lovely festive details. It was beautifully packaged and made a very special impression. Highly recommended
