Nice products, fair prices and good service.

Potico is my go-to place when shopping for things for my loved one. The range of products, the freshness and arrangement of the flowers, and the timeous delivery, are all things to be applauded. My most recent experience, this past Monday (8 December) was particularly heartwarming. I had to make a last-minute change to the address, the recipient couldn't be reached, and Potico kept in constant touch with me via email as they tried to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. This shows Potico cares about their customers and I applaud them for that. I recommend them without hesitation.

Very easy to order and efficient during delivery

Great customer service! Great communication especially for an international transaction. There were unexpected circumstances that came up at the delivery location, and the driver communicated with the office team and me to make it work. Delivered where and when promised.
