At NUUDA, we’re a small family-run business and put a huge amount of care into everything we do. All of our meals are freshly prepared by chefs using thoughtfully sourced, high-quality ingredients, and we’re incredibly passionate about helping people eat well.
Because of that, it’s quite unusual for us to receive this kind of feedback, so we’d genuinely love to understand more about your experience and what didn’t feel right for you. We noticed your comment about the meals being “better from a supermarket,” and while we understand that taste is personal, we’d really value any further detail you can share so we can learn, improve, and make this right.

We’re really sorry for the experience you had. This situation absolutely doesn’t reflect our values or the level of service we strive to provide. After investigating, it appears there was a communication issue and our replies unfortunately didn’t get through, which led to a breakdown in communication, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when your order hadn’t arrived.

We’re pleased this has now been rectified and a replacement bundle has been sent to you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We felt it was important to respond today as your experience truly matters to us.
Firstly, thank you for your kind comments about the food. Our chefs are passionate about the meals they create so it means a great deal to hear that this was reflected in your experience.
We’re very sorry that the ordering process was confusing. Creating a simple, stress-free journey for our customers is extremely important to us, and we will be reviewing this carefully to understand where improvements can be made.
Regarding your concern, we can assure you that a hygiene issue such as a mouse dropping would never be present in our operation. That said, we understand how upsetting it must have been to see something unexpected and on rare occasions a small corner of film may come away from a meal box. We appreciate you raising this so we can continue to be vigilant.
Unfortunately, while we do pay a premium for our deliveries, we don’t have direct control over DPD’s service, and we completely understand how frustrating this can be.
I can also see that a full refund has already been processed.
Please accept our sincere apologies for your experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and are committed to learning from it as we strive to improve every single day.

Thank you for your kind words about our Week Reset programme, and we really are truly sorry for the disappointment around your 21-day Gut Health order and the missed delivery windows, as well as the confusion with the tracking.
As discussed with you directly, we’ve explained why, and processed a full refund to your original payment method. We’re a small team, but that’s no excuse, your feedback matters, and we’ve already updated our internal processes to prevent this happening again, including tighter capacity checks, earlier customer notifications, and improved tracking updates.
If you’d be open to it, we’d love the chance to make this right on a future order.
