Brought a Formovie projector in 2022 and arrived very quickly. The projector did develop a fault, PPAV were really quick to respond and replaced it within a week. Really helpful and very responsive. Recommended!

I bought direct through the website, and when my bank wouldn’t process the payment, James was really helpful when I got in touch directly. Despite the unit not being in stock in the UK, it arrived much sooner than the estimated 2 weeks; arriving within 9days!

Bought a formovie theater , my first projector and was so easy to set up and the picture is amazing , great customer service also .

Ordered a Formovie Theater via ebay, they clearly explained that it comes from China (being that it's a Chinese brand and is manufactured there, that's not exactly a surprise).

The sellers communication was very good, kept me apprised throughout from placing the order, to delivery, to dispatch and customs.

I have been an ebayer for 15 years and never had such a smooth experience as this ordering from China.

P.s Seems to be some malicious reviewer making false negative reviews under pseudonym's on here. Please pay no attention.

I recently bought a Tonewinner AT300 from Phoenixprojectors/ James.
The AV processor arrived with no delays, well packed with a fast delivery, well ahead of Christamas as intended.
I unpacked and installed my new AV processor in my Hometheater system. Unfortunately my unit had a high frequency whistle in the surround and surround back speakers. After several tests, I realised that this wasn't most probably caused by cables or ground loops, as I suspected,but by my my unit, as this whistle randomly went away for few minutes without any apparent reason. Even during the Christmas vacations, James answered all my messages and arranged a new unit shipping to me even before I returned the defective unit.
James was always very quick to answer and super polite. He always made me feel supported.
What a great Service! What a person! caring for his customers in a way I've never found anywhere else!

Purchased a 120” VividStorm UST ALR rising screen. This was the first high value purchase I’ve ever made on eBay and so was a little nervous. Before committing I made contact with Phoenix and discussed options with James. I found him very helpful and so proceeded with my purchase which arrived direct from the manufacturer within a week. Unfortunately there was a defect but James was quick to respond (out of hours). James contacted VividStorm immediately. Without argument a replacement was arranged within 24 hours and received within a few days. With regard to the screen, it is fantastic, been watching movies and box sets every night. With regard to Phoenix/James I can confidently say that the service provided is second to none and easily better than many high street chain/department stores. If you’re thinking about buying from them then you can proceed with confidence.

I had looked everywhere for a specific projector screen, but was struggling to find anywhere that had it in stock or at a reasonable price. After contacting Phoenix Projectors, they were able to give me the best price and it took only a little over a week from ordering to receipt of the screen, with good communication and delivery tracking the whole way. The condition of the item was perfect, although I had a slight issue (incorrect factory adjustment of the screen), Phoenix Projectors got in touch with the manufacturer straight away and the problem was resolved within a day. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Phoenix Projectors are amazing to deal with. They have the latest projectors and accessories on sale at market beating prices. We bought 2 projectors from them recently. Customer service has been impeccable. When there was a fault with one of the projectors, they tried to sort out even after the initial 28 days. They happily replaced the projector with the latest 4K device. Highly recommended! Very polite.
