This service is complete rubbish. They keep you waiting for hours for them to answer the phone, just to tell you that you will have to wait 6 months to a year for an appointment. I suppose it is just indicative of our completely failing NHS.

I had a really good experience when visiting Practise Plus High Wycombe to receive a cortisone injection for my knee pain. It was a professional, well explained procedure. The whole process right from booking the appointment, was a positive experience.

Having had many mri’s I would like to say the staff are very polite and helpful and the new scanner at High Wycombe was better than any previous scanners more room less claustrophobic and quieter

The service was quick and efficient. I felt comfortable and secure and the report was sent out very quickly. Lovely environment and welcoming staff.

Appointment offered at earliest possible date. Clear explanation of procedure, which was done efficiently and with minimum fuss.

Both receptionist and radiographer were friendly and professional. I was a walk-in and hardly waited at all. I highly recommend Practice Plus.

I went to Practice Plus Group MSK centre in High Wycombe for a private ultra sound knee steroid injection. The experience was extremely positive , the receptionist was friendly , the consultant gave clear explanations about what was happening and what I should experience . Sound advice was given for activity over the next few days.

Service from the consultant and physio at High Wycombe through to the surgery undertaken by Mr Ahad was outstanding. The care at the hospital was of a very high standard. Thank you to everyone involved on my journey with Practice Plus.

Staff were very pleasant, and Yavor, one of the consultants, was excellent . Would recommend to anybody suffering from back, Knee pain, etc.

Good experience, caring staff very professional

I had a very good experience with my midwife Jane Rivero. She was very kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She listened to me carefully and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel calm and confident. I really appreciate her support and care. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Prompt and friendly

Very good with helpful and friendly staff from reception to MRI scan personnel. Wife delivery of results too.

Although it was a painful shoulder injection the clinician was very good. Perhaps better exercise instructions for afterwards would have been useful. Unfortunately the injection didn't help but I don't think that was anyone's fault.

I was referred to these people by my gp as a triage before seeing spinal surgeons and the pain clinic. Their representative was unhelpful, arrogant and very poorly informed. He appeared intent on blocking all professional care for me but offered none himself, he told me to go home and accept that I am now disabled.

Receptionist was friendly, efficient and informative. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Marilia was exactly on-time, very knowledgeable, clear and helpful.

Just spent 40 plus minutes waiting for my call to be answered in High Wycombe....according to the recorded message, apparently "my call is important to them"....but not important enough to answer..
Pathertic service from a private company which appears to have adopted the NHS "not my responsibility just give us more of your money, culture", rather than bringing the private sector culture to the NHS

I saw Maghlara for an echocardiogram. She was efficient, prompt and really put me at ease.
