Delivery was super fast for international shipping, in regards to the product; I suffer from anxiety (usually at night) and 20mins on this mat before bed really helps ease it. Also great for muscle therapy after a long yoga sesh. Highly recommend.

I am in L. O. V. E. with my Prana mat. So much so that I’ve recommended it to many friends that have complained about heel pain or back pain.

Helps me relax and and laying in it a few times a week before bed for 15-20 minutes calms my mind and helps me get to sleep better.

This mat is ridiculous.

I wanted a refund, but because I was out of the country when it arrived, I am stuck with it. Bad product. Worse customer service.

The product is good. The customer service is TERRIBLE!! Rude and dismissive when I had questions after I bought the product. I was looking to buy more. But they were so nasty that I decided not to. Too many other similar products on the market to be treated like I don’t matter after you get my money.

I'm totally satisfied. Products are efficient. US company who is selling them is great. Hopefully they could increase their choice, available in France for example .
