I have a tunnell syndrom on a right hand and every night wake up from pain, my right hand âburningâ and looks bigger than should to be. Every night I need to wake up and walking because only in straigt position my pain gone after a 20-30 minutes.
Already few nights I sleep weell with pranamat smal turtle . It helps me to reduce pain after few minutes just leave hand on it and I can continue to sleep.
