Very convenient for exchanging cryptocurrencies. However, from time to time I encounter small glitches in the application. In general, the platform is good and convenient, but there are points that can be improved so that the system does not send to the login page. I left a request to technical support, I hope they will fix the settings.

The platform is very reliable, and I appreciate the high level of security. However, the verification process takes more time than I had hoped for. I trust this issue will be addressed, as the platform itself is excellent, and I continue to use it for trading.

I contacted the chat with a question about a transaction - they answered within 5 minutes, clearly and politely. The problem was solved quickly. This is rare in the crypto industry, where everything is often done through bots. Here there are real people, and this is so wonderful

For some time I used several similar platforms, but over time I stopped using some of them - they just weren't developed enough. But this exchange is constantly moving forward, adding new features and improving existing ones. There are a lot of convenient features, and in general the interface is thought out to the smallest detail - you don't have to waste time looking for the right tools. Order execution is fast, I haven't noticed any delays. I'm looking forward to updates with interest, because I see that the team is working on improvements. I think there is still room to grow in analytics - the more advanced tools and deep statistics, the easier it is for users to find new strategies and track trends.

The interface is user-friendly but the design seems a bit outdated. It would be great to update the visual part.

I really don't like leaving my personal data anywhere and provide documents. I was upset that you can't buy cryptocurrency here without verification.I contacted support and made sure that my data will be reliably protected and won't be used against me anywhere
