Disappointed

Ordered the Equinox Butterfly mkII on Wednesday 24th Sept and it was despatched on 30th Sept and arrived on 1st October. So that is 5 working days, not the 2-3 days stated when placing the order on the Website!
Disappointed with the light overall, the preset programs are poor and I’m unable to program colours that I want to use. The motors are very noisy and annoying!

Delivery was first rejected but then...

Delivery was first rejected because of shipping difficulties. The customer service found an alternate method and dealt with it directly rather via email rather than through the website and I received my order.

Quicker than expected

Arrived before the stated time in excellent condition. Very happy with Kam portable speaker. Even got a discount code that took £10 off price and free delivery.

From recommendation to purchase

I had been recommended to look at citronic crossovers by a sound engineer. I’m really pleased I did and even more pleased where I purchased it from m. Great company to do business with and really clear communication m. 100% recommend using this company and citronic equipment.

100% recommend

I called up with a very hasty order as I had been let down by any other company, the gentleman that answered my call was incredibly helpful, polite and understanding! He took my order over the phone and had the items with the courier and at my door the following day! Incredible service, excellent pricing! Will 100% be back for more!

Original item faulty but replaced with new

Good communications for the delivery of the parcel. Item received was faulty (these things happen - not the fault of Prebeat) so I emailed them to see what could be done. First email wasn't received but a second one resulted in a return being arranged and a replacement item being sent out a couple of days later. All sorted - thank you!

Great service- thank you!

Incorrect product was supplied by a third party. No fault of the team at Prebeat, but they went out of their way to provide additional kit at their expense to avoid any inconvenience to me. Great service all round and excellent communication throughout.
