2013 Belle Epoque w 2


Purchased a 2013 Belle Epoque w 2 champagne flutes as advertised on your website. Instead I received a 2014 bottle & one of the flutes was damaged. When I called customer service I was told there were no more bottles even though the website was still advertising that u had 29 bottles. I did receive a replacement flute & a paltry 10% discount only after I asked for it. Someone should really be checking to make sure your inventory matches what u are advertising.

Thanks to Premier Champagne, our favorite Champagne that cannot easily be acquire here arrived swiftly and safely. Also, the price was very reasonable and we are fortunate to find this company online. We will definitely use them again.
