Having felt reassured by the positive reviews we decided to use Premier to carry out our annual boiler inspection, this subsequently resulted in a replacement boiler being required. A routine procedure apparently. Due to a self confessed engineer "rookie error" we experienced downstairs flooding causing us much upheaval, stress and inconvenience (days before xmas) resulting in last minute changing of plans due to our home not being suitable to recieve visitors. The flood damage has now been rectified but the resolution process wasn't to our satisfaction at all. Management/owner should have immediately visited us to review damage and give us reassurances of resolution process.
Whilst we appreciate their right of response, this wasn't our reality. We documented feedback in the hope they would consider reviewing their business practices and be better able to support customers and provide better customer service in the event of any future mistakes/home damage, and potentially minimise the stress and upset we experienced. Whilst the owner eventually responded 2 weeks later, we found the response to be lacking in responsibility, empathy and accountability further adding to our dissatisfaction. We will not be using their services going forward, nor will friends and family.

Prompt and professional service.

The work involved installing a new oil boiler, replacing a hot water cylinder and performing a power flush. All the team involved were excellent.

Steve was our engineer. He found that the gas valve needed changing. Steve was very professional, courteous and tidy. He even wore coverings over his shoes whilst in the home.

Despite the storm and having used Premier Heating Solutions for almost 8 years, I cannot fault the efficiency, courtesy and professionalism of all engineers and staff who go beyond the call of duty to rectify problems at all times.
