I dealt with Mark Underwood, who listened to our requirements and provided options that were closely tailored to our needs. The option we chose (with BUPA) saved us around £5k vs the renewal quote we had been given by WPA, has broader coverage than we had before and was also slightly cheaper than the quote I got directly from the BUPA website. Mark also provided some options so that we could gauge the effect of changing the excess and expanding the range of hospitals and make the right choice for us. No hard sell, just good advice. I can’t speak highly enough of Mark. He made the whole process super easy.

We recently worked with Stuart at Premier PMI to arrange private medical insurance for the directors of our company and their families, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

From the very beginning, Stuart was patient, knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly thorough. We had a lot of questions (and quite a few changing requirements along the way!), but nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He took the time to explain everything clearly, compared multiple providers for us, and guided us through the pros and cons in a way that felt honest and genuinely client-focused rather than sales-driven.

What really stood out was the level of support throughout the process. Stuart was proactive, transparent and consistently helpful, even when we disappeared down rabbit holes involving dental cover, hospital lists, virtual GP services and underwriting questions! He always came back with clear answers and helpful recommendations.

As a business, we wanted to make sure we were making the right long-term decision for our directors and their families, and Stuart made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel calm, organised and manageable.

In the end, we secured an excellent medical insurance policy with a better premium than expected, and that simply would not have happened without Stuart’s guidance and persistence.
