Very good people to deal with. My initial contact was Wayne who dealt with all my questions from the outset. He is clearly an open and honest guy so I had little concern in driving from Manchester to their base in Wolverhampton. I had a clear idea of what my car was worth to me and then and w struck a deal that was about right for both parties.

Abs was great and reason for 5*, but not happy with being jobbed down £1k

Although I found the main office's tactics to reduce the price a little distressing at times, my interactions with Abs were always positive and cordial. He kept everything straightforward, communicated clearly throughout and worked with me to get the deal done. Negotiations aren't always easy but he made the process as smooth as possible.
