I have now purchased two sets of plates and they both arrived very quickly, the plates are high-quality, they arrive well packaged, and the fitting kits are really good. For the money I can’t see why you would go anywhere else.

Unfortunately, I will never use this company again. My order arrived damaged by the courier company. I emailed premium plates and had no response until I emailed them again 7 days later. I requested a refund due to having to get my plates made at my local garage due to the delay. I stated in my emails that I wanted the order refunded and they completely ignored my request and sent out a replacement set, which I didn't ask for. I then emailed them a further 3 times and they have completely ignored my emails. I have always been happy with my previous purchases and have never had a problem. Their customer service is shocking and just ignore your emails and requests. I will never use or recommend this company again.

My original front plate was cracked and so searched Google and found these guys. Ordering was easy, editing was even easier and paid as necessary. The plates arrived the next day before the email to tell me they had been dispatched which was excellent. Fitted and look fab.
Only criticism which is a general comment to all plate manufacturers is that a model specific template would be handy :)

Initially disappointed
Plate looked very 'dark'.. Not even a distinct yellow background
Took 10mins to remove the protective film (it's that neatly packed I found it hard to locate🙄).. Once removed it's all it should be😂
Plate is quality.

Product was ok but advertised same day dispatch and 'Express shipping'.

At £9.99 I took the Express Shipping to be a next working day option but order ended up being delivered 2 days after placing.

I believe this may actually have been due to a delay on the dispatch but when I queried the delay via email (which seems to be the only way to make contact) I initially received no response and then a fairly curt email response, after sending a chaser, stating that the Express delivery option takes between 1-3 days for delivery.

Wouldn't use again.

Great experience with Premium Plates. Website is easy to use and to model the different fonts and plate sizes. Placed order and chose standard delivery - arrived in few days. Short Plates with 4D font look brilliant. Fixing tape and screws were included. Whole experience could not have been simpler. Icing on cake is a nice little note on the delivery slip saying thanks for buying from them.

I ordered my bespoke size gel plates and thought that I would wait a couple of days due to the none standard size plates but no the very next day they were dispatched and now sit very nicely on my car. Quality is great I'm struggling to find a negative.
