Wish I had checked reviews before buying, I bought plates yesterday (and they were not cheap) and paid the £9.99 for same day dispatch, got an email today advising they’d been manufactured (no postage confirmation or tracking details though) - that’s not same day dispatch!

Emailed querying this - no response. Now worrying I will not receive the plates going by some of these reviews. And would like to know why the company responds to reviews but not order emails?

Edit: asking for my reference number almost a month after leaving this review is no use, when I emailed the company multiple times when I placed the order.

Now sent 5 emails and still no reply.

Seems odd that only 2 days ago this company left a comment to thank a satisfied customer - yet there are several reviews in April describing the same issue - plates that don’t arrive and no way of contacting this company.

I just want my number plates - so will be watching to see if any more comments are made - as it suggests there’s no interest in helping customers with simple issues.

Yup - explained on the reply to my 5th email. Not the others. Wouldn’t want anyone to get the impression you emailed straight back with what is a fair explanation - because you didn’t!

Bought a private plate for my daughter who turns 17 next week. Purchased the plates from Premium Plates, both plates arrived with horizontal scratches. Company not replying to emails, no contact number, scammers! £40 down the drain as can’t use, the plates look terrible. Now having to buy from else where. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Plates ordered 5th April. Got email saying manfufactured. Tracking order created on Evri but never shipped. No response to repeated emails. Out of pocket and heading elsewhere...

Jokers don’t reply to emails no contact numbers plates turned up incorrect!! Avoid them, hope they go bust quickly.

Can I start by stating the quality of the plates purchased is excellent. However, I fell into the trap of purchasing plates which were not road legal. There is a selection process on the Premium Plates website which allows for customisation. This purchase of plates (for my wife) was the first time I had used this type of service. I genuinely thought the plates would look better without the text at the bottom of the plates. I was not aware the missing details were a legal requirement - until it was pointed out by a neighbour. There should be some type of warning on the website which notifies the purchaser. This type of indicator would help the unsuspecting customer. When I was made aware of the mistake, I sent 3 messages to Premium Plates. Unfortunately, I have not yet received reply. A brief discussion would have resolved the issue, but the website does not include a contact number.

Awful experience. Ordered plates before cut off on day one. Dispatched on day five, despite paying for express delivery. I've now used an alternative supplier and requested a refund on day three. Not responding to email, no contact numbers for phone. I strongly recommend using another reliable supplier.

UPDATE (26th April) - I sent emails twice on 10th April (9.18 & 15.58). I didn't receive the requested refund, plates arrived too late for me to use.

My numberplates arrived I asked for the supplying dealer to be on the bottom of the numberplate. The automated system didn’t allow me to use a capital, so I sent them a separate message to which I didn’t get a reply when the plates were delivered. The typeface was ridiculously small, only 2 mm in height the same kind of size you would find in a paperback book. 🤦‍♂️
On top of that the quality of the numberplate was just as bad as the rubbish you can buy from eBay for less than £15 a pair !!!
I paid £33.97 including delivery. I won’t be using this company again. I sent an email over 24 hours ago still no reply

I stupidly used this company again after the last time needing plates fast and it took days to arrive even tho i paid for express delivery.
Roll on this time and yep you guessed it paid for express delivery and i did not receive them for nearly a week later and to top it off on 2 out of the 3 plates arrived so late and missing order. Tried to contact them thru email etc (good luck finding a contact number) and still no reply weeks later.

Avoid at all cost they dont live up to the delivery promises and there are other suppliers who will do a better job.

Edit:- 26.04.2024 In response to plates reply to my honest review. Please dont make me out to be a lair by saying you not received email from me. Last email sent to you Wed 27.03.2024 @ 17:12 if you want i can send copy so you can see. Whats the point of emailing again when you only reply to negative reviews and even then only weeks later.

Ordered a motorcycle plate from Premium plates. When it arrived it was poorly made with the yellow backing exceeding the perspex area in 2 places. I`ve contacted them 3 times now via email and not had a single reply or even an acknowledgement of my emails.
There seems to be little point in their plates having a generous 3 year warranty when you cannot actually get to speak to anyone there. All their plates pass an inspection before they are sent out, but what`s the point if the person overseeing this cannot spot when something is clearly wrong? There is no contact number in which you could call to discuss the issue, so you are at the mercy of their email service which is poor to say the least.
If there are no issues then you maybe onto a winner, I was not that lucky and at nearly £30 for a number plate that I`ve got to repair before I fit it let alone worry should I need to return it to what is in my opinion an almost faceless company, then you will need to be lucky that all goes well with the manufacturing of any plate you order from them.
*Update.
After this company posted a reply that they'd not received any emails from me, I sent them one using the email address stated on their reply on Trustpilot. It's the same one ironically that the other 3 went to strangely enough.
Not unsurprisingly, I'm still waiting a reply from that one too.

I ordered at 11:04 on the 9th March expecting to have express delivery.
Chased on the 12th and received a standard reply that Priority/Express is 1 to 3 working days. No mention of 1 to 3 working days on the website. TOTALLY MISLEADING.
I asked for tracking details. This request was ignored.

Package sent by EVRY arrived too late. Lost my money.

No reply to my complaint

Premium Plates have replied to my review to say that the plates were dispatched on Monday the 11th and were delivered at 13:53 on Tuesday 13th. (11th was a Sunday)
The Website clearly says Express Delivery £9.99 (Order before 2:00pm). My order was at 11:04 which is before 2:00pm on the 9th. Why did they not dispatch the same day as stated on the website.

Post Office next day guaranteed before 1:00pm is £8.95.

I stand by what I said MISLEADING. They have now admitted that they didn't dispatch until after the weekend.

Their website promotes instant dispatch! Still waiting on number plates after 8 days.

Paid for express delivery on the 9th February but it did not arrive by 11:00 on the 13th so had to drive 20 miles to get a plate.

Asked for tracking info on the 12th. Request was ignored.

Plate turned up PM on the 13th.

Prompt and efficient service - recommended.

Very quick service quality items

Very quick service, arrived in a couple of days from placing order.

A very easy to use website with a full range of numberplate options easy to navigate. Very fast post and well packaged.

Ordered plates with express delivery, I sent a email 3 days later and no reply, 5 days later still nothing and no plates.

I contacted 5 times before I got a reply and then I was just told they would resend them as they are not sure what’s happened.

I asked for tracking and multiple updates after and still no reply.

I’ve now ordered plates elsewhere and looking to get a refund via the bank as the company clearly can’t be bothered to even respond.

UPDATE: I have just emailed you once again as per your request bellow with the chain of email and attempted contact.
No plates, no refund.
