Fast & polite customer support
I had a problem with my Windows VPS instance and badly needed tech support. So I contacted them. They politely helped where they could but also showed me that they could not trouble shoot Windows because it would violate my privacy. So after my fixes didn't work, the support guy waited for me to finish backing up my stuff and reinstalled my VPS in under an hour. I was back up and running in 2 hours; that;s value for my time!

I paid for a VPS that was never installed and later they just deleted my account without any notification.

In some cases if your account dont verified/your not willing to verify or used any vpn/proxy for creating account then definately your account permentally banned but it doesnot mean we scammed,you first receive refund for complete paid amount and then account ban occurs (but this is rare case).

Never had an answer from a real person…
Never had an answer from a real person and the only reply was through Facebook with a really bad attitude without answering my question. Live chat is never live, sales and info email never replies. Sketchy company reviews since there's no human interaction unless I guess you buy something from them, but before that, no clear information about the company.

Their servers are rarely down. They also have servers all over the world. You can get a VPS in most countries. Been using their services for a few years now.

very tough / bad support. no clear instructions to be followed. fake online support. many emails sent to complaints at premiumrdp.com & billing at premiumrdp.com with no response !
