Unprofessional & Fake
I ve been using vps for almost 8 years and never faced such an unprofessional company, They want me to send them my license with id and my pictures of credit card that i made a payment. At this time I was already made a payment and it was in pending situation. When I send my documents (even I dont rely on them) they immediately refunded my money and closed my account. Since than i wasnt be able to that stupid and fake website. They just mailed me like this “ documents are not in true format”. Aa ok, if they are not than steal my money and block me, its the way how technology companiea have to act in 2020 right. If the documents are in wrong format, we can pit in them in fit format together if you care your customer. Its not such a hard i think. They also said about the money to takes 10+ days to be back the credit card( I hope). If it doesnt also, i ll go over them as a burglar in courts. I searched them at linkedin and 3 people are working in company and if you want to learn who are they, they are in the owner of comments below (Kenya, Madagascar) This company is totally fake, “0” customer service, I’ve never experienced such a terrible connection with any website. Right now just waiting for my 35$ to refund my credit card.

It was worst experience and spam website
I tried to buy new vps and and paid 21.5$ using PayPal.
After they got my money, they required to upload my ID photo.
Here are some contents from their message.

Please mention your paypal ID
I never upload my ID to any website service and any website didnt ask it.
Totally spam website to get ID info.
Dont use spam website.
