Thank you, for bringing your concerns to our attention. Feedback from clients like you is crucial to identifying areas where we can improve, and ensuring we uphold the promises we make to you and other clients.

Upon reviewing your order placed on March 20th for 3 bottles of Truvada, it’s clear that we did not meet the 14-day priority shipping commitment. Despite our response to your inquiries on April 2nd and 3rd confirming dispatch status, you regrettably received your order on April 9th—outside the promised window on April 4th.

We recognize that this delay was unsatisfactory, a result of a challenging transition period involving our newly appointed logistics assistant who joined us on April 1st. This changeover contributed to a backlog that unfortunately cause a lapse in the timeliness of your delivery.

As a social enterprise, we want to provide affordability and consistency without escalating costs to allow us to maintain the same prices for the past 7 years. It's a delicate balance between being cost-effective and delivering efficient service and hence we focus resources only making sure parcels are receiving within promised timeline.


As part of our commitment to this standard, we acknowledged the delay of your package on April 7th and proactively refunded your priority shipping fees along with an apology. This gesture is indicative of our policy to not only address service lapses but to also offer due compensation, ensuring that valued clients like you are not shortchanged.

Your experience is not reflective of what we expect for our clients , and it is disappointing to know that your first interaction was less than satisfactory, We hope to have future opportunities for you to experience what most of our clients know us for, and our dedication that has kept thousands and more coming back for the last 6 years, the same kind of commitment is why we refunded you even when the parcel had already arrived Singapore on our on accord.

Dear Mr Tan, we are sorry to hear that you had difficulty finding the order page. If you are currently an unregistered user, you need to register for an account to access order menu due to regulatory requirements, as mentioned on our website homepage and when you are unable to access order pages.

Registered users can click on "Order PrEP" in the main menu items at the top of every page to see an entire menu of order items.
