Horrible

Horrible. Just horrible. It took me ages to set it up, and when you need assistance they're not there. It's been 1 week since I've been waiting for a reply on livechat and the stupid livechat says every day that they will be available the day after. Business depend on SEO alot, one big misconfiguration messes up the SEO.

Hi Peter, thanks for flagging this. A jump in cost is frustrating, and we're sorry it’s felt this way.

The update was driven by major infrastructure and performance improvements we’ve rolled out. These changes allow us to deliver faster, more reliable rendering at scale — but they also shifted our underlying costs, which meant some legacy plans were affected more than others.

That said, you’re not being left without support. We’ve already booked a call with you so we can review your usage and put together a custom plan that fits what you need.

Thank you for your feedback. We hear your concern. It makes sense that this would be frustrating, but rest assured we didn’t arrive at this decision lightly.

The pricing update reflects substantial changes to our underlying infrastructure and improved performance.

Most notably, these upgrades also shift the cost structure of our platform overall. And unfortunately, because of this, some customers were impacted by this more than others, like yourself.

We do apologize for this. But unfortunately, legacy plans were tied to an infrastructure model we no longer operate. So keeping grandfathered prices in place wasn’t something we could sustain moving forward.

Please note that we are currently offering a discounted for three months to certain clients, if this is something you're interested in.

We truly appreciate your feedback and your support, and don't hesitate to reach out again.

Stay far away of this company. +250% price upgrade without any perks...

Wow. Never seen a company imposing such a price raise to all its customer.

We've been used to have ~5% price jumps every few years but this year the is quite crazy. We received a notice about the raise.

Guess how much ? +250%. Yes you hear well a x3.5 price jump !

To be nice, when I say this was too much they offered me "25% discount for 3 months"...

I'm advising anyone to stay away from this company if they don't want there bill to change from one day to another.

We acknowledge that a 3.5 price increase is a very high jump in price and understand your frustration, especially after being with us for multiple years. It’s not a decision we made lightly.
This update reflects significant infrastructure upgrades and expanded capabilities we’ve rolled out and we’ll be rolling out in the near future. We are beefing up our infrastructure to better support teams with large crawl volumes and complex rendering needs. That said, we recognize that not every customer will experience those benefits in the same way.
We appreciate your long-time support and are always open to discuss how we could collaborate again.

Update: I got what I needed after this TP review went up - just a tip for anyone else looking for support but not getting it.

Thanks for helping in the end Prerender.

I have tried in vane to get my email verified and been in contact with your support for 4 days in a row now, at a VERY critical time for our business needs pre rendering.

You keep sending me the same broken verify link.

Please please please help me and stop sending me broken links. ( I will remove this as soon as i get help)
