PrestashHero is good, but I really like sunnytoo theme, they provide more reliable support and service.

J'ai acheté un module chez eux , déjà j'ai eu la chance de profiter de 20% lors du jour de la femme. J'ai rencontré quelques soucis mais les réponses ont toujours été quasi instantanées et la résolution des problèmes dans les 24h.
Le personnel est ULTRA efficace et très aimable et même très avenant car ils proposent toujours de tester. Ils ont même répondu à des questions qui au final n'avaient pas un rapport direct avec le module.
Sans mentir je n'ai jamais vu une équipe aussi efficace c'est même incroyable. Vraiment je recommande à 10 000% et clairement quand j'aurai le choix j'achèterai chez eux les yeux fermés.

The modules are interesting, but they only focus on money and don't provide any bug fixes.

I have purchased about 10 modules from Prestahero, spending over €1000 in total, only to find out that many of the modules have huge bugs, incompatibilities, or conflicts with other Prestahero modules.

Even after two years, important bugs have not been fixed. Instead, they delete or hide negative reviews on their website. Clearly, I'm not the only one with this experience, as I can see from the reviews on Trustpilot.

Also, when you ask any questions, they only focus on money. You need to purchase modules again because they have expired on the PrestaShop add-ons. Then they say your support time has expired (it takes them over two years to do one bug fix, so support time has definitely expired).

Instead of addressing the real problem, they just say you need to pay again for support.

In my opinion, this is not an acceptable attitude for a company to have. The modules are very interesting, but if they focus only on money and not on quality, the most interesting module has no value.

Les modules prestashop sont efficaces.
J'ai également eu besoin de faire appel au sav suite à une mise à jour.
Ils ont été TRES efficace et réactif.

Ne remboursent pas un module qui ne convient pas alors qu'ils s'y engagent, bien écrit sur leur site.
Ont installé dans mon backoffice PS un groupe prestahero, sans rien demander. Je demande à ce qu'on vire tout ça, mais ça tergiverse.
Ils sont réactifs pour dire qu'ils vont chercher... mais ne trouve pas la solution au problème posé.

Un equipo excelente. Soporte técnico excelente. Resuelven los problemas muy rápido. Todo funciona. Todo claro y lógico. ¡Unos cracks! Me quedo con ellos por mucho tiempo. Porque sé que siempre me ayudarán y lo resolverán. No tengo que esperar tres, cuatro o incluso cinco días, como con algunos con los que he tratado. Super! Recomiendo!

Nous avons acheté le module "Super Speed" et nous avons eu la bonne surprise de voir que le module n'arrive même pas à s'installer sur notre site, un module acheté pourtant plus de 200€, un peu déçu de cette expérience. Mais le pire reste le service client, soit ils répondent à côté de la plaque, soit il font style de ne pas comprendre. Bref expérience décevente pour le nombres de modules qu'on a pris chez eux.

I have one question for Prestahero, They do well but most of the modules have issues, no problem as they are good for the Prestashop community. Just a question of improvement....but why they dont show the negative reviews, this is not fair.

Ne fonctionne pas bien au contraire
Cela fait 13 ans que je pratique Prestashop .
Je gère moi même mon site car j'ai un Master en informatique.
J'administre mois même mon serveur .
J'étais curieux de tester ce module .
Et comme tout module rajouté à Prestashop votre site sera ralentie.
Je leur est envoyé des graphiques pour leur en faire la démonstration.
mais ceci ne veulent pas me remboursé conformément à la loi Hamon
En plus ce module va vous plomber voter score Core Web Vitals
Il n'y a pas de mystère pour accélérer un Prestashop il faut alléger le code , désinstaller les modules non utilisés, prendre un serveur dédié ...

Cosa dire, è stato veramente un piacere confrontarsi con il loro servizio di assistenza. Ho acquistato un modulo Prestashop e come è normale che sia aveva bisogno di piccoli aggiustamenti post installazione, ho contattato il loro servizio di assistenza più volte ed ogni volta ha risolto il problema con velocità e professionalità. Molto competenti e precisi nelle risposte e negli interventi. Molto consigliato per chi vuole lavorare senza problemi.

Great module and great support that did a custom development to match my requirements for free !

Nous utilisons le module de mega menu pour notre Prestashop. Il est très facile d'accès et a un joli rendu.
L'équipe de PrestaHero est très réactive, ce qui est très appréciable.
