A chaque fois c'est pareil : installation simple et sans souci, fonctionnement trÚs fluide des modules.
Le SAV est hyper-réactif et trÚs performant, nous avons eu récemment besoin de leur aide suite à la mise à jour d'un module, rendue problématique en raison d'adaptations personnelles : problÚme résolu en moins de 24h00, bravo.
Je recommande absolument ce développeur pour Prestashop, de trÚs grande qualité et trÚs "à l'écoute".

AprÚs 4 jours d'échange, je n'ai pas eu de solution et on me communique que je ne suis pas en capacité de comprendre la correction du bug Prestahop - Prestahero.
Je suis une femme donc pas assez intelligente pour comprendre, mais le support n'est pas en capacité de corriger un bug, ni de fournir des informations sur son intervention technique ou sur un correctif.
Cliente Prestahero depuis des années chez eux, mais franchement je suis folle de la "situation actuelle" et on prend les gens pour des imbéciles.
On va nous répondre par Prestahero : oui nous comprenons la situation et nous allons vous apporter satisfaction, nous aimerions examiner votre cas de plus prÚs. (il faudra combien de jour ou de mois)
J'avais demandé si le module était compatible avant achat et je perds 3 jours de travail "pour rien" et obligé de payer un prestataire externe, pour résoudre une anomalie qui ne corrige pas...
Expérience Prestahero trÚs mauvais, pour achat module Prestashop.

This is the third module I buy from them and Prestahero technicians have always been available, efficient and punctual in setting up the module based on my requests and in solving any problems. Je vous recommande cependant de l'installer et le configurer complÚtement sur un site test avant un passage en production. Chez moi, la désactivation ou même le désinstallation n'ont pas permis de retrouver mon ancien menu au moment du passage en production. C'est donc risqué et bon à savoir.

Good looking module. Efficient Support.
The payment features on the checkout page were not working at first. It took only a few days for the PrestaHero team to fix the problem after I provided them with my credentials.
The interface looks quite good and I'm sure it will make the checkout process easier for my customer.
The social login requires some extra work but PrestaHero provides good guidelines to Google, facebook and Paypal social login setup
