I was struggling to find a colour to match my client so reached out to Lucy who was extremely helpful. She responded quickly with the suggested colours (which were perfect). I asked if she could send over a photo of the actual hair so i could see them together which she did immediately. Hair all ordered and I look forward fitting them 🤩

I’ve been using Prestige Hair Extensions for around 6–7 years now, and they are still my go-to supplier.

Lucy is always incredibly helpful, with prompt replies and great advice, especially when it comes to updated shade ranges and matching base shades. I also really appreciated receiving a discount for sending my old colour ring back, and receiving the updated one which was a lovely touch.

The quality of the hair has always been excellent. In all the years I’ve been using Prestige, I’ve never had a client complain about the hair itself. I do find that some of the mid-range rooted shades can discolour a little quicker than other colours, but this is something I discuss with clients during their consultation, so expectations are set from the start.

The only downside for me is the premium wefts. Personally, I prefer the band on the mid-range wefts, so for wefts over 18 inches I tend to use another supplier. Aside from that, Prestige continues to be my first choice for all of my extension work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve been using Prestige for the last two years, and their customer service has always been amazing. I recently had an issue with one of my client’s hair extensions, and the team was incredibly communicative and proactive. They were happy to test the hair and worked with me to find a solution, which I really appreciated.

I’ve used other, bigger brands in the past, and whenever I’ve had an issue with their hair, they’ve been unhelpful. It’s frustrating when you’re left as the middleman between the supplier and your client. Prestige has always made me feel supported
Their hair is perfect for clients with finer hair as it’s more of a European type of hair, unlike others that are much coarser.

Best service, amazing extensions and great quality for a really good price.

From my experience, the hair lasts up to 12 months when looked after properly, and the tools are really good too.

The only thing I wish they offered is education or colour coding courses, as I think that would be so helpful. Other than that, I really appreciate the company and would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant service and so helpful when i asked to see some shades, i use the injection tapes they are superb high quality and long lasting. Would not have my hairdresser use from anywhere else, i recommend highly

Im a hairdresser but also have been using these for many years on my own hair. I have tried many others prior but I found prestige and so happy, the hair just keeps on going and going , it's only because I cut them sometimes that I ever order new for myself, I still have some that I use over 3 years old. I used to buy nano but now I have tapes. I normally have the lightest blonde and they're fabulous. Try them you won't be disappointed!! 💕💯

I had a small issue an I usually don’t like to complain however Joe helped me out and the service joe provided was the best I could have asked for . My problem was addressed straight away and sorted almost immediately. Joe understood from my point of view and I couldn’t have asked for better support. I would recommend prestige to anyone!
