I bought some 18inch nanos, the hair itself isn’t too bad but the metal top isn’t long enough it’s way too short for beads to grip onto they just slip out. Total waste of money if you ask me find somewhere else to buy hair

So disappointed. Ordered on the 18th of June so that I had plenty of time for them to come for my wedding (mid July). Chose Royal Mail (4-5 days I believe). I still haven't received the order. Prestige are saying that they are investigating, however, this may take 30 days! I cannot afford anymore hair extensions for my wedding until I get the refund from them.
So upset by this.
I definitely will not be recommending this brand to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My order was missing a bundle. I had personally opened it the minute it arrived. So noway it could have been lost or Fallon out.
Prestige checked there cctv and claimed all 3 bundles were packaged. They sent me photos of the cctv to prove it, except there was no clear image of the hair being posted or proof of my address so it could have been anyone’s. I tried to be really nice but was told I wasn’t allowed to order as I was accusing them of lying.
I was given a refund for my colour ring I invested in previously, but I’m still at a loss as I never received the missing bundle of hair. I had re-ordered another bundle in the mean time hoping prestige would sort out the matter. If I was lying I wouldn’t have done that. Im so upset about this. Now £100 down. I will never recommend this company.

Massive colour fade, paid for higher quality hair which is supposed to be guaranteed for 6 months, only had it in for four, my hairdresser has emailed to advise and you won’t do anything about it, very disappointing, what the point of the guarantee then ?

Hi this hair is amazing really beautiful and the high quality hair is absolutely beautiful and lasts amazing. I have experience of fitting a number of clients hair extensions from this company and the hair is beautiful and Tthe customer service for this company is really good aswell and they go out thier way to help you and advise you and call you back.i have personally has a call back from the director of the company Melissa who is very polite ,professional, and explains everything and anything you need to understand about different wefts ect. I will certainly be ordering hair through this company again my clients love this hair it is worth every penny and I also have friends that are doing hairdressing that also recommended this company as the best ,

I've been using Prestige now for over 6 years, as both a hair extension specialist offering the hair to my clients, but also personally wearing them myself. I have a few suppliers however Prestige are by far the BEST in terms of quality, colours, stock and more importantly customer service. I recommend them to all my students who train in hair extensions with me, and have also used them at my masterclasses too.

I have been using prestige for around 7 years or more the hair is absolutely amazing I have never had any problems with hair. The quality is just outstanding. I have only ever had one problem which was delivery and was sorted asap. Alex was very helpful and amazing with me. Thank you so much for all the help and support.

Love these extensions, I have used them for years! Clients are always happy with them, long lasting, great quality and the blondes are so clean. Best blonde selection on the market.

I’m a hairdresser who has used prestige hair now for about 4/5 years. I have never had a single client that has been disappointed with the hair and all of them state how their hair extensions are the best quality/ colour they’ve ever had. Every set lasts a minimum of 12 months. The extensions are more expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.

Whenever I’ve had any questions to ask prestige they’ve always got back to me within the same day and have been super helpful.

I am writing to express my frustration with the poor customer service I experienced regarding my recent order. I placed my order , with the expectation of receiving it by next day.
However, due to significant delays in your team’s response, I will not receive my order on time.
As a result, Im forced to cancel my commitment with a client, which is both disappointing and unprofessional. This has caused not only inconvenience but also a loss of business due to circumstances beyond my control.

As a customer, I expect timely communication and efficient service, especially when it comes to fulfilling orders.

Have always used prestige hair this the quality is fantastic!, just wanted to give a massive shout out to Alex for helping me sort my order after a panic! Excellent communication and fast action!

I've used prestige for a number of years and I have found their service to be exceptional. They are always happy to help with colour matching. The hair is high quality and super affordable. On occasion when I have got the wrong colour, I have had no issues returning the hair and had a full refund. I would definitely recommend them.

Before I started my business I did a lot research to find the best hair supplier. And after so many good reviews about Prestige hair I decided to try them myself. The hair quality is amazing and all my clients love them, but also such a big choice of colours, lengths and different types for every fitting method. I never looked at other places as I find everything I need at Prestige hair. Delivery is always on spot, customer service is brilliant, returns with no problems. Best place for buying hair! 🥰
