I cannot recommend Roy McBride highly enough. From start to finish, Roy has been absolutely amazing. He worked meticulously with me throughout the entire remortgage process, and I genuinely felt like I had a helping hand every step of the way.

His attention to detail, calm and friendly approach, and complete honesty made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. The brokerage fees should be clearly defined upfront on what would exactly be charged to the customers rather than £0-£995 which leaves customers guessing it might as well be £0. We ended up paying £395.

There are options/brokers that work off of the commissions from the lenders. Or the banks/lender directly.

We rather chose to go with the lender directly, because better rates and no additional fees for the brokers.

The team made the process easy and stress-free for myself. They were able to answer every question i had. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

They made it very easy to understand, didn't baffle us with terms we didn't understand and kept us updated every step of the way. The lender was a little slow, but they did everything they could to keep on top of it and get us a great first mortgage deal. When the offer was in with a higher than previously stated interest level, Rebekah got it sorted within 12 hours! Couldn't ask for a better service. 100% recommend!
