Stunning engagement ring
Myself and partner was unsure about what engagement ring to get but met with Francesco made us feel very relaxed, welcoming and explained about how diamonds work etc.There was a wide selection of rings to choose from, Picking the ring was not easy as there was a lot of beautiful stunning rings to choose. Once picked got explained on the process on how long it will take and what the next steps will be. As this was a first time and hopefully the last time I will be picking out an engagement ring I believe that the process went well as I am very excited with the engagement ring and it definitely stands out and I hope my partner loves it as much as I do.

Beautiful ring, Excellent service
The bespoke diamond engagement ring put together by the Primo team was absolutely beautiful and my fiancé was amazed by it.
Francesco was so helpful throughout the process. In the first instance helping with design and detailing out options and then keeping me informed of the progress throughout.
I would recommend Francesco and Primo diamonds to anyone looking to get engaged. The quality of product and service was outstanding.

Amazing experience with Francesco
Amazing experience with Francesco - I had met with a few jewellers when looking for an engagement ring and this was by far the best customer service I had received. He was patient, knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect ring. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience and well worth the visit!
Excellent experience and well worth the visit. I had already put down a deposit on an engagement ring from a well known high street jeweller but after initially cancelling my appointment with Francesco he assured me he would be able to beat them on quality and price. I'm so glad I kept my appointment as he found exactly what I was looking for and managed to find me a larger, better quality diamond for less than a smaller diamond from the high street jeweller. He was knowledgeable, honest and had the ring ready to go in less than two weeks!
Even if you have other appointments I'd strongly suggest visiting Primo Diamonds, well worth the visit. Thanks again!

I went with Francesco, for my engagement rings and it came out perfect, girlfriend now fiancée was blown away.
We also went together and found the perfect wedding rings.

A great experience from start to…
A great experience from start to finish. Francesco was so helpful and there was no pressure to purchase. He was able to create exactly what I thought my partner wanted and she is over the moon with it. There was no problem when it needed to be resized. So many people have complimented us on the ring. We are now looking at getting our wedding bands organised. Thanks again Tom
