I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your order! That is never how we want our customers to feel. Your dedicated Customer Service Representative reached out to you, but we are still waiting to hear back.
I see that you submitted your file with the pages formatted this way. Our Prepress team notified you of this when they sent your digital proof, but it looks like you still approved the proof along with the file concern warning you about this.
In the future, you can reject that note and revise your file! We hope to have the opportunity to work with you again soon!
A new printer worth a try

As a first-time author
As a first-time author, I appreciated Printivity’s outstanding customer service. The team was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and I’m pleased with the quality of my books.
My one suggestion is to make single-copy printed proofs more affordable. At about $50, it’s difficult to check a physical copy before ordering a larger quantity. Digital proofs are helpful, but some details only become apparent in print. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience.
