Zoo Printing is consistently great. Print quality, the bindery and the timing is always great all at a great price.

The price and quality is good, but it takes long time to proof and print. Very slow this is why I do not use this site for all my printing jobs. Same job in 4 over takes 3-4 days to finish, your site 10 days or more. If you use 4 over proof system I think helps you finish jobs faster.

I can always count on quality printed pieces and on time. Zoo Printing delivers everytime for my customers.

I had an issue sending the art, the CSR was not helpful, he was rude, I asked for a supervisor and he refused to pass me along, I cancelled the order, and asked him to credit the original payment amount, he did not do this and he gave us a house credit, I had to call again and tell them to change it. will not use you again!

Fast. Looked great. Price was very fair.

We have a great relationship with Zoo; we have been partners for many years.

Job pricing is acceptable, delivery time are great, keep up the good work.

2. 40% of cards are washed out (smaller print is very light) - Three Stars
3. Final and most important. Cutting is horrible (9 out of 10 cards have uneven margins up to .063" to .096" off - One Star

Have not received product for event today! Delivery was estimated at 1-2 days. So far it's been 4 days and tracking will ad another 2 days. Printed on the West Coast... I am on the East Coast.

On time and good quality

Your website does not reflect the accurate delivery dates for your jobs. The last job I did with you was a deadline job and we just about missed the deadline completely even though the website said it would be done days before the deadline.

Worse customer service ever. Paid for 1-2 day rush and supposedly my order is shipping today, 5 days after order entered and the proof approved the same day!

Wow! Incredibly fast service and delivery of a beautiful print job. These cards really look good and it seems like we just uploaded the files yesterday.

I never received an invoice, or order acknowledgment of my order so I called. The rep told me there was no order for me so I hung up and placed an order. The next day, I received an order. I have no paperwork referencing any order. I called to day to cancel the 2nd order and asked for a refund.

Very nice customer service. Very effecient. Delivery is spot on! Quality is second to none. Been using you for years.
