Buyer beware. Supplier here who never got paid. I know of one other in our position. Shipping/logistics company - Ed Adorno, CEO / owner, dodged our calls and laughed - literally! - at our request for payment.
They are based in Madrid, and we have since learnt other suppliers like us don't get paid
unrealiable. no communication. quotes never what you pay.
Got a quote, the initial order was a test of the required items. but the price was inflated with the promise the final order would see the adjustment.
Placed another order for a different project while project A was being worked out. Project B price was again not as expected.
Items were wrong sizes and some prints were missing.
The print is lovely, but not worth the hassle.
Phone line doesn't work unless you complain and then they make it work somehow, but again now it doesn't work. Tell you it must be a problem with you.
I have tried to contact to place Projects A's order and resolve issues on project B.

Dont recommend
Finally received my order, the first one never showed up.
The hoodies arrived with the wrong colour logo, completely different to what they previously printed. No idea how as this was a repeat order with the same artwork. After weeks of chasing and e-mailing Ryan and their advice@ mailbox requesting a replacement or refund I couldn't get an answer, absolutely terrible service.
Finally managed to get through on the phone and was told that they would process a refund.
I would not recommend this company at all. Awful experience. I would give it 0 stars if it allowed me to.
10/10 for print quality & customer service
We found the Printsome team when looking for a fast turnaround on some branded hoodies back in June. I can't sing their praises highly enough - Ryan was very responsive, advised us on the components to look for when providing our own hoodies to ensure a quality print and communication throughout from receipt of the items, confirming the artwork and updating us on despatch was fantastic! The print quality is 10/10 and having printed 12 hoodies then, we have just returned with another 18! Would recommend without hesitation

My first experience with Printsome in 2019 was a positive one, so I returned to work with them as a supplier again, but now with an outstanding order on behalf of a client they have ignored all my emails and the number online is never able to connect, except to hear a pre-recorded message about COVID delays. Please can someone get back to me about the money paid for products and at least offer a refund if the production is not possible anymore.
Disappointing.
I have tried to get in touch with this company multiple times over the last month after using them years ago, but have received zero response. I tried their main sales line and was greeted with a female foreign voice speaking for ten seconds before the line went dead. I don't know what's happened to them but I wouldn't trust them with my business anymore.
Horrible
Horrible. I do not recommend their service. After making an order in October of 1400 euros, they have not send me the t-shirts, neither the refund of the money. All they say is that they are very affected by the COVID, I do not think the COVID can affect in any way the return of my money. Very disappointed. Furthermore, Paula does not answer our emails or calls.
Never again
We made a 1.200 ⬠order that arrived with a 9 days delay (November 30th in stead of November 21st). The order was wrong (the marked logo was not the one we asked for) and it was quickly noted to them on November 3rd.
Since then, we have asked for a solution in several occasions: 6 times in total, and we only gor feedback one, after the 5th e-mail. We were told the management is reviewing the topic. We can't reach Paula or anyone else. This is not serious or professional. I demand a solution for this issue.

Previously excellent service, new order has been in a month, called and spoke to Paula, who now isn't answering calls or emails. No contact in over a week and having to go elsewhere and start the whole process over again.
Really quite disappointing to my business and my customers.

I am a complete Rookie when it comes to getting t shirts printed and I needed them yesterday. Called up, talked to Sarah L throughout the process. First class service, a great price, and a fantastic end product.
I do not usually do reveues (they are created by staff in their breaks right?) well this one is not, would not hesitate to recommend.

DO NOT USE! I have never been so offended and never experienced such poor service in my life. I'm not the type to leave reviews but I had to with this. When I asked for an update on my orders because customers had not received them for nearly 2 weeks, i got told that "top management" had stalled all production to complete "enterprise-level" production for someone else. They continued to say that they had no choice but to lose me as a customer. Way to support the little guy. What a joke, I would never recommend this to anyone!
