After working with Printsome (and over 100+ others before) for over 2 years on multiple orders, they're hands-down my go-to partner for custom-printed merch on demand.

The team are super helpful and the print+garment quality is always outstanding, with fast delivery (particularly for such reasonable prices). Their Shopify integration is awesome too.

Would recommend to anyone - whether you're looking for bulk or drop-shipping to anywhere in the world, don't waste your time, they really are the best!

Had a batch of t-shirts printed up for a small conference, at fairly short notice - the process was very simple, with friendly and efficient support throughout, very speedy responses to all queries. Selection of products and print styles was very thorough. Shipment arrived on time and quality was excellent. Having used many different print services in the past, we will be using Printsome again for sure.

Good quality good price, good Service

In June this year we ordered a large number of items (t-shirts, polo-shirts and baseball caps) for an event in mid-July. Printsome talked a good game but the items we received were generally of poor quality and several of the designs were wrongly printed. Customer service was truly appalling.

Firstly, be aware that the take all your money up front . Secondly the proofs you will receive are digital and a very poor representation of your items - both in terms of colours, position and sizes of the images. It took 4 attempts and an inordinate amount of time to get them finalised and we had to do most of the work including correcting very basic mistakes like the position of logos on polo shirts - these guys are supposed to be the experts ! The embroidered items were especially poor despite assurances that they would be "great". We were promised samples of these before they went to print but of course they didn't arrive. We were also promised early delivery of our items (at least 5 days before the event) - they turned up at lunchtime the day before. Even better, rather than being individually bagged, as we had paid for, they had just been thrown unbagged in old cardboard boxes.We then had to sort through them all and check the sizes and numbers etc.

2 of the 5 t-shirt designs were okay, the other 3 had printing errors (colours and/or image errors) - despite being correct on the proofs. All the embroidered items were substandard despite being expensive.

Following the event, I contacted Printsome to complain - this was in July and I have been chasing them ever since. Last week I was finally promised a partial refund (only a third of what we paid) and that it would be okayed by the CEO (Ed Adorno) on Friday. Since then there has been radio silence despite my emails - 2 of which went straight to Ed (he didn't have the courtesy to reply). I suspect we will never see any of our money again - looking at some of the previous reviews it seems that they have a history of such behaviour.

Avoid at all costs.

We have been using Printsome for our T-Shirt business for 3 months now and are very happy with their service. Our T shirts are printed on demand from the customers order which is always a smooth process. If there are any issues, the customer service is second to none, which such an important factor for us. Also the print quality is brilliant with swift delivery. One criticism would lie in the catalog range, which is good but could be better, ie colors and products.
