Dan Southern was fantastic - so friendly and helpful. He really went out his way to make the t-shirts perfect - even phoning the delivery company when there was a slight delay in delivery.

I ordered t-shirts for our Minis rugby teams. From start to finish the communication and customer service was great. The quality and price are excellent and printing just as needed. Along the way there was a small, rare, hiccup and the Printsome team were fantastic in sorting it quickly and as I needed. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Printsome. Luke was absolutely fantastic to work with and provided the best customer service possible. We changed our designs many times and he consistently stayed on top of everything and was extremely organized. Our products arrived ahead of schedule and everyone was so pleased with the quality. Printsome is a great company, and we are looking forward to working with them again!

Fantastic customer service – we had a really tight deadline, and Printsome were more than accommodating to make sure we hit it! The quality of the t-shirts and the screen printing were great, and I was impressed with the easy proofing process. Competitive prices as well, compared to other printers we were looking to use. Great service, we needed our order ASAP and Dan ensured the order went through smoothly even when he was not on shift, he ensured we moved through the preorder steps smoothly and swiftly! I made an error with the post code and before shipment i got a call as this was picked up so it could be rectified and i got my order in perfect time!
